Have been using WOW shampoo and conditioner for awhile. Liked the shampoo, but not the conditioner. Hair never felt soft or combed through easily. I had to supplement with another conditioner. This popped up on my feed and caught my eye because of the Biotin. Just used it for the 1st time today and I like it far better than WOW. Shampoo made my hair feel clean and soft and the conditioner left my hair soft and shiny as well as easy to comb through when wet. 1st time and I can already see the results. Great Product. Only complaint is that got it from Amazon and it was in a flimsy box that was open on both ends. No seal on the box ends so it must have opened because it was only in a padded envelope. One bottle was slightly open and had spilled just a little into the envelope. There was no seal on either bottle. The conditioner bottle pump top was broken.
Since I was anxious to try it, I chose to keep it, but wish it was packaged a bit better. Read other reviews where they were received damaged also, so seems like it is an ongoing problem. 4 stars because of packaging

I was skeptical at first because I’ve used so many hair care products in the past but this actually helped my frizzy hair. I loved that this product is all-natural and doesn’t contain harmful chemicals seen in other shampoos and conditioners.
